1. About NexCore

NexCore is a service brand of NEXCORE LABS LTD (CRN 17204527), registered in England & Wales, 167-169 Great Portland Street, 5th Floor, London W1W 5PF. Contact: hello@nex-core.tech.

2. Services

We build websites, webshops, apps and SaaS solutions, and offer ongoing maintenance of the solutions we deliver.

3. Prices

All prices are excl. VAT unless stated otherwise. Calculator figures are non-binding estimates — the final price is confirmed in a personal review before the agreement is made. Domain setup (one-off) may be included in the project price; annual domain renewal and any hosting are ongoing costs not included in the project price (see section 7).

4. Payment for development projects

• Projects under the 40,000 kr threshold: 50% at start (on your approval of the quote) and 50% at go-live.
• Larger projects: paid in instalments (typically 30/40/30) as agreed in the quote.
• Payment via Stripe. The first instalment is due on your approval of the quote. Any discount code is applied to the total and spread proportionally across instalments.

5. Delivery

Delivery is milestone-based (approval → development → go-live). The timeframe is agreed per project and depends on you providing required materials on time.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the conclusion of the agreement. If you want us to start work before the period ends, you must give your explicit consent; your right of withdrawal lapses once the service is fully delivered. If you withdraw after work has started, we may charge an amount proportional to the work already performed. Businesses (B2B) have no right of withdrawal.

7. Maintenance and subscription

You may add ongoing maintenance of your solution.

• Covered ("keep it live"): hosting, SSL/security, security updates, backups, uptime and bug-fixing on the solution we delivered.
• Not covered: new features, new design, new pages and content changes you request — agreed and billed separately.
• Price and payment: a fixed monthly price, disclosed before you agree, charged monthly via a Stripe subscription, starting at handover of the solution.
• Minimum term: 3 months from the subscription start, then running until cancelled.
• Cancellation: after the minimum term, 1 month's notice to the end of a month, by contacting hello@nex-core.tech.
• Price changes: at least 30 days' written notice; you may cancel to the effective date if you disagree.
• Missed payment: we send a reminder; if payment still fails, we may suspend maintenance after reasonable notice.

8. Domain and domain ownership

You own your domain. We do not lock you in: you can move your domain to another provider at any time, and we provide what's needed (e.g. an authorisation/transfer code). Hosting with us is optional.

9. Ownership of the solution

Once fully paid, you own the delivered solution. NexCore keeps its own tools, templates and generic code for reuse.

10. Your responsibilities

You provide correct, lawful materials on time and hold the necessary rights to them.

11. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect losses or for your own materials.
