Privacy Policy

1. Introduction

This policy explains how NEXCORE LABS LTD processes personal data when you use nex-core.tech, request a proposal, book a review or become a customer. We are the data controller.

2. Data we collect

• Contact form / calculator: name, email, company, phone, industry, project description, style/wishes, optional budget and IP address.
• Booking: name, email, phone and your message.
• As a customer: project and agreement details, payment status (e.g. instalment paid), and for maintenance customers a Stripe subscription/customer ID.
• Consent record: if you consent to us starting work before the withdrawal period ends, we store the time and IP address as documentation.
• We never collect or store your card details — payments are handled directly by Stripe.

3. How we use the data

To answer enquiries, prepare proposals and quotes, send you a link, price and any discount code, handle bookings and payments, deliver and maintain your solution, prevent spam/abuse, and for internal quality assurance.

4. Legal basis

Performance of a contract, legitimate interest (enquiries, security, quality) and consent (e.g. starting work early). You can withdraw consent at any time.

5. Who we share data with (processors)

• Stripe — payments and subscriptions (separate controller for card data).
• SendGrid — sending emails.
• Telegram — internal notifications about new leads and bookings (may include name, email and your message).
• Hetzner — hosting/servers (located in the EU).
• Anthropic and OpenAI — generating proposal drafts (receive the project description, not payment data).
• Google — Search Console (aggregate site statistics).

6. Retention

We keep data as long as necessary to deliver and document our services and meet legal requirements (e.g. bookkeeping). We don't delete automatically but archive — you can always request deletion (see section 7).

8. Security

We protect data with appropriate technical and organisational measures.
