nex-core.tech is operated by NexCore Labs Ltd (Company No. 17204527), registered in England & Wales. We take your data seriously, and this page explains in plain language what we collect, why, and what rights you have.
2. Data We Collect
When you use our contact form or price calculator ("Get my draft"), we collect:
- Name and email — to reply to you and send your draft/quote
- Company name (optional)
- Phone number (optional)
- Industry and a short description of what you sell/do — used to generate your visual draft
- Style/colour preferences (optional) — same purpose
- Budget (optional, contact form only)
- IP address — used to prevent spam/abuse of our forms, and appears in our regular server logs
We never collect payment details, national ID numbers, or other special-category data through these forms.
3. How We Use Your Data
- Reply to your enquiry and send you a quote
- Generate the visual draft you asked for
- Email you the link to your draft, possibly together with a discount code
- Prevent spam and abuse of our forms (IP-based limits)
- Internal quality control of our own quotes
4. Legal Basis (GDPR)
- Contract / pre-contractual request — you asked us for a quote or a draft
- Legitimate interest — spam and abuse prevention (IP-based)
- Consent — where you voluntarily gave us information in a free-text message
5. Data Sharing
We never sell your data. We only share it with:
- SendGrid — to send you emails (your draft, any discount code)
- Anthropic/OpenAI — to generate your visual draft (only your free-text project description is sent, never your contact details)
Neither of these use your data for anything beyond delivering the exact service you asked for.
6. Data Retention
To be upfront: we don't automatically delete data on a fixed schedule today. Data is archived (hidden from our active view) but kept for as long as needed to deliver and follow up on your enquiry — typically while a project is current or potentially upcoming. You can ask us to permanently delete your data at any time (see Section 7), and we will do so without undue delay.
7. Your Rights (GDPR)
You have the right to:
- Access the data we hold about you
- Have incorrect or outdated data corrected
- Have your data deleted ("the right to be forgotten")
- Receive your data in a usable format (data portability)
- Object to our processing of your data

All communication with our website is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS). We limit access to your data to the people actually working on your project.
